Illustration Friday: Contagious



Wanting to keep it positive I thought of laughter. What can be more contagious than laughter, especially if it is transmitted by big brother tickles?

I had a color issue with this one. I was using a cool purple for the shadows and it didn't give the right mood. So I warmed up the shadows and the background.

This 'contagious' illo is much happier than sickly polka dotted people! LOL :) Thanks for your comments on my blog; I'm sure your 7 year old was disappointed when he went to school with a new trendy mohawk and saw others wearing the same hairstyle!

I meant BBQ party...It's the end of the school year AND I teach Kindergarten so I have SCHOOL on the brain :)
