Illustration Friday: Packed

This one seems to go with what I've been focusing on lately. (and how cool is it that Sarah suggested the topic?) How am I going to consolidate all this stuff? I've been giving away, and become quite familiar with the posting screen on Craigslist... But as a certified (certifiable?) pack rat all this has been difficult for me.

Lots of fun - One could spend a while looking at all the stuff. At least you almost got the kitchen sink in there...

Oh my! What a fantastic drawing. I can feel the heaviness. I love that tree with a swing! I'd hate to be driving behind that on the highway, though.

So sad to pack up and give things away. We had to pare away about 2/3 of our existence when we moved last year. Though the process was painful, I now feel strangely liberated. Best of luck to you.

I love the kitchen sink. I really think they will stop and pack it back into the car when they find out it feel off. I would! You never know when you'll need a spare kitchen sink!

Oh, but I finally got a chance to come and visit. I really loved what you did for packed. It's something so delicious about pencil line. I can't explain. I just love it! Very nicely done.

I know how you feel! I couldn't believe how much stuff we had when we moved to SF. Good luck with all the packing etc. I love this little drawing!

Certified pack rat! That is serious business there...

Really like this drawing with the tree and swing, dressmakers form with corset. It's like everything has a life worth keeping :)

But keep posting to Craig, it will open space in your mind... and life!

Best luck in your moving...
